Cannot view map

The map is called from a page and can be seen intermittently. If I keep clicking on the page it will load sometimes, but not all the time.

The chrome dev tools console is showing the following errors, which I’ve also taken a screenshot of.

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘split’ of undefined
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘value’ of null
