I am the site admin. I seem to recall that I used to be able to log in as other users but can’t see how to enable that. Please go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > General > Pages. Since I have spent tens of hours setting up this plugin, I have tried to narrow down the issue. I downloaded several hundred new users using “WP All import”. When I click on “view profile” for an imported user, I see MY profile. If I change the user role from Subscriber to Administrator then back again, I can see the users profile. The developer of “WP All Import Pro” point the finger at this plugin. The only thin that works is if I change the role and save the user. Then I have to change. It back again. I can’t do that for 600 users.
