Do you have access to the server error logs?

Hi there– happy to try and help with this.
Have you tried access your dashboard on multiple browsers? For example Safari, Chrome, Firefox? Have you tried in an incognito tab/private browsing window?
Thank you!
Errors like this are logged. Check the error log on your server. If you can’t find the log, please contact your host.
Meantime, enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and after an error, look at wp-content/debug.log to see if anything gets logged there. https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/
You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
If you cannot access wp-admin, there are other ways to deactivate plugins: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/article/faq-troubleshooting/#how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-the-administrative-menus
Thank you for your suggestions.
I have tried different browsers with same results.
I tried to disable plug-ins but had no success with that changing anything.
I am not a true web design person and tried to access error logs, but I can’t figure out how to do that or how to access source code to edit it.
Not sure what a an incognito tab/private browsing window is – sorry I know I’m not tech savvy enough to figure this out. I made need to get some professional help.
Have you contacted your hosting tech support? They may be able to help.
