# Can’t access dev4press support forums

 * Hi Milan,
 * I have tried to submit a post on your support forum for coreSecurity and it just
   kicks me out with a 403 forbidden error. I’ve even tried getting back in via 
   VPN and removing the code I posted, but the same thing happens.
 * I’m getting fatal errors when running the file scanner. Please can you help? 
   I’m bit nervous that I’ve bought this plugin and can’t reach support. Is there
   any other way to contact you for premium support other than through your forum?

 * Hi, I still can’t access your support forum, so will post the error logs here.
   It references coreActivity anyway, so the issue might actually be with this plugin
   rather than coreSecurity itself.
