 * I mistakenly deleted of my wp-admin files..When I upload them again i tried to
acess the plugins directory…I go this message
    _Plugins are files you usually
download seperately from WordPress that add functionality. To install a plugin
you generally just need to put the plugin file into your wp-content/plugins directory.
Once a plugin is installed, you may activate it or deactivate it here._ Couldn’t
open plugins directory or there are no plugins available. I tried Chomed plugins.
php it don’t work.. If anyone could give me some help i would appreciate it alot..

 * Do you see the plugins that come with wp already ?
Using ftp, can you open wp-
   content/plugins ?

 * Upload the plugins that you need to the wp-content/plugins folder and then try
accessing the plugins page through the admin interface.

 * My guess would be that a file is missing from /wp-admin ?

point towards a permissions problem. I tried setting the permissions again, to
755, taking care to include all `wp-content` files and subdirectories and this
time it *did* fix things. I must have missed one last time.
