I have installed booking activities and now it redirects automatically the wp-admin page to the main public user page so I can’t log on the admin interface anymore!
Can’t do anything on my website 🙁

    Hello @marineatya,

This is strange, Booking Activities doesn’t do redirection.

Can you check that you are not logged in with a non-administrator account ? WooCommerce prevent customers to access wp-admin for example.

Can you do these three checks:
    1) Please try to logout and then access to your admin panel.
    2) Can you also try to access your admin panel with another browser ?
    3) With another device ?

If none of these work, you will have to access your database and empty the ”
    active_plugins” option_value field in “wp_options” table.
Then, you will have access to your admin panel.
    1) Activate Booking Activities first
    2) Activate your other plugins one by one
    3) Refresh the page between each activation
If you are redirected, then tell me which plugin caused this.

Please tell me if you need further explanation for one of these steps.

    Thank you

I tried in another browser and another device, but still the same.
How can I access the database outside of WP?
    Thanks

You can access your database through your web hosting account (ovh, 1&1,… which one is yours?), in your control panel, connect to “phpmyadmin”.

There is another way actually. Rename your “plugins” directory to “plugins.deactivate” for example. You can do it through FTP.
Then you will be able to go to your admin panel. After you did it, rename it back to “plugins” and activate your plugins one by one, as explained before.

You can find more information here:
    http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/

Your web host should have given you all the logins and passwords required when you purchase the web hosting (control panel, FTP, phpmyadmin).

If your are working locally, then just rename the plugins directory directly where your wordpress site is stored.

Yes I understand, sorry for that.
Still, can you activate Booking Activities first and then your other plugins one by one until the problem occurs again? So we know if it is a compatibility issue. It is important to understand what happened to fix it for good 🙂

    Hello @marineatya,

I hope everything is going fine for you by now.
Can I mark this thread as resolved or may I help you more on that topic?

    Thank you
