Can’t access /wp-admin/ page

When I visit [domain]/wp-admin/ or /wp-login.php on my computer, I am redirected.

I get an “Access Denied” message. And the URL i’m rerouted to is:
[domain]/cgi-sys/denied.shtml

However, I am able to successfully access the wp-admin screen on other computers off our router.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
