# Cant activate & Errors while scanning

 * First of all, my purchased registration does not work, I can`t activate my license
   key. This may happen, but my email request ist not answered 🙁 this should not
   happen.
 * Second: The scan of the tables does not work,I get a lot of errors like:
 * – Warning: readdir() expects parameter 1 to be resource…
    – Warning: opendir(….:
   failed to open dir: Permission denied in …./plugins/advanced-db-cleaner/includes/
   functions.php on line 542
