Installing the plugin works fine. I was never able to get it working on that particular web site. I did go thru the suggested steps of deactivating all plugins, unfortunately didn’t work. Tested deleting this plugin via the WP Admin as well as deleting the folder and reinstalling fresh several times. I tried again a week ago without success. * For reference, here are the current specs for that one: Hosted on a GoDaddy Deluxe Linux shared server PHP = 5.2.17 MySQL = 5.0.96 WP = 4.1 Gravity Forms plugin = 1.8.17 Avada Theme v3.5.1 * The live site is very active throughout the day/eve so I can’t really test on it without affecting visitors user experience.
