# Can't activate the plugin Parse error

 * Hello, I have installed the plugin, but I can’t activate it.
    I receive an error
   at the top of the dashboard:
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /path to by blog folder/wp-
   content/plugins/nginx-helper/nginx-helper.php on line 13
 * Could you help?

 * Looks like you are using PHP <5.3. The plugin was deliberately coded to work 
   for 5.3 and above.
