# can’t active plugin

 * after downloading this plugin i installed it on my machine using wampserver 64bit
   v.3.0.6 , but i can’t active the plugin , actually it gives me ” a reset conection
   and an error like This site can’t be reached ” .
    how can i resolve the problem?
   thanks in advense .

 * Make sure your PHP version is 7+
 * Enable the debug mode from wp-config.php file
 *     ```
       define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );
       ```
   
 * to
 *     ```
       define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
       ```
   
 * Then check check the problem.
