# Can't backup wp database

 * I was tryiong to backup my database for the first time and it didn’t work.
 * I am using PhpMyAdmin within my host providers file manager
 * My error message is:
    export.php: Missing parameter: what (FAQ 2.8) export.php:
   Missing parameter: export_type (FAQ 2.8)
 * My host, ipage, had a faq, but it was not helpful
 * Can anyone make a suggestion what to do,or another way to back up the database?

 * Your host has access to your server, so they are the one who should help you 
   with this.

 * Problem Resolved!
    It was my browser. I was using firefox, not an old version(
   38.0.6). I switched to google chrome and had no issues downloading the database.
   Thanks for your help!
