Can’t buy addon

    Hi, i’ve tried to buy the service hours addon but when I finish the process nothing happens. I click complete order and install and nothing happens, any ideas?

    Is your PayPal or CC has been charged during the purchase ?

    I tried it again with CC and paypal and nothing happened and also checked the mails and everything is fine.

    Are you being charged every time ? What is the error message you are seeing ?
