Seems there is a conflict with Yoku theme, I’ll try to reach them and see how can it be solved.
Anyway we are very happy with the plugin.

The file is included in wp-content\plugins\booking-activities\functions\functions-bookings.php line 2922
You cna try to replace include_once with include. If it works, it can give the developer a clue as to what is wrong.
