Can’t change admin

Hi there,

I created my site using my personal email address, but have since realised that I would like to use my business email address for the site admin instead.

All that I can find online is that I should go to Settings>General and then change administrator email, but my settings general page looks completely different to what everyone else has. I don’t have the option to change the administrator email.
