# Can’t complete setup wizard

 * Hi, any help would be greatly appreciated with this.
    I installed the plugin 
   and added all the info (API Key, API Password, etc.). It says it is connected
   with Shopify, but I can’t complete the wizard, it hangs on the final step and
   displays a blank page. Earlier, it didn’t even let me get to the last step (it
   hung on the second step if I remember correctly), but after a while it let me
   proceed. But now I can’t complete the setup and I can’t even skip the setup because
   it won’t let me go into the settings.

 * Hey there,
 * Head back to the WordPress dashboard by setting the URL to: `yourdomain.com/wp-
   admin`
 * Then go to the plugins page and uninstall / reinstall the plugin.
