Can’t complete variations

I’m trying to add many variations to this page. It has 6 attributes with 6 variations for each attribute. When I click “create variation from all combinations, it takes forever to load, but I have almost all of them complete. It looks like there are over 10,000 variations. Now, however, I cannot even load the edit page of the product with all of the variations. Is there any way to increase the memory so that I can complete the product?
