Can't Connect

I’m really really new to this and really really confused.

I keep trying to install Jet Pack and can’t get logged in. I’ve requested a new password about a million times and have not gotten a single email. I even created two other WordPress accounts to try to get it working, but those aren’t connected to my website. I have also tried to download certain plug ins and it keeps giving me this:

I don’t know what this means and I would be so very appreciative if someone could clear it up for me!!
