# Cant connect plugin

 * I get following message when try connect plugin to store: Error: An error occurred
   in the request and at the time were unable to send the consumer data.
 * Other problem is when click track button on customer My Account area it goes 
   to [https://www.aftership.com/track/TH](https://www.aftership.com/track/TH)??????????
   D?detect-slugs=flashexpress and website not auto detecting tracking number.
    
   When click tracking link on WP-Admin area it goes to [https://www.aftership.com/track/flashexpress/TH](https://www.aftership.com/track/flashexpress/TH)?????????
   D and tracking works fine from there.
