# Can't create Backup: Internal Server error

 * I just downloaded the plugin to make a clone of my site, however I’m not able
   to make a clone. After about 30 secs I get the following:
 * > The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
   > to complete your request.
   > Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error
   > occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
   > More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
 * I am running WordPress 4.0 and hosting on Godaddy.
    Any help or info will be

 * I have the same problem. I am a WP newbie. I downloaded and install WP Clone 
   and activated it. It then prompted me to create backup. I complied and started
   that process. The result was a 500 Internal server error. I am using WP 4.0 Enfold
   2.4.2 hosted with GoDaddy. Can anyone help?
 * I need a way to run a test/development site next to the live site.
