# Can’t create labels – Internal Server Error

 * When trying to create a label, and it begins to fetch a rate, the plugin fails
   and gives the error “Error: The WooCommerce Services server returned: Internal
   Server Error An internal server error occurred ( 500 )”

 * It started working the very next day (I didn’t change a thing). Server issue?

 * I am having this same issue.. I have all the Woocommerce server environment modules
   installed. Any ideas? It occurs when I click “Buy and Print” everything up to
   that point seems to work great and you have a very slick user interface! hoping
   this can be fixed.
