Can’t Create Lists

When we try to create a list the plugin says that “List has been added successfully!” but no list is being created.
A glance at the error log shows that the plugin is trying to access and write to the wp_ig_lists table which does not exist, presumably because it was something that was added in v4+ and those who upgrades from a previous version don’t have the table and the plugin update did not create.
We are having a TON of issues with recently upgrades and would strongly recommend that everyone stay away, at least until the issues have been resolved.

We tried the manual migration on the latest version of the plugin on this instance that’s having issues and the DB tables still have not been created.
Sample error (db name and prefix changed):
