I am trying to raise a ticket about a problem with the google classroom module. I cannot get past the issue as below. How can I resolve this? There are no other ways to contact you about this. Thank you

Please make sure that you are using the same email that you used to purchase the plugin/theme. You mentioned errors say that you are using the wrong email and there is no data associated with provided email.

Thank you for your reply.

The email being used to raise a ticket is the same email used on Envato to purchase the Masterstudy plugin and also within the WP install with the Masterstudy Plugin.

I am at a loss as to how to move forward.

Please note that we do not provide support on Premium items here according to the community rules.

Also, we do not sell plugins on Envato, only premium themes have been sold there.
