# Can’t create source – fail!

 * Hi, when I try to create an Instagram feed source all I get a blank page with…
   what’s the issue? The Instagram account is working fine.

 * Tried to do it manually by getting a token from Facebook Developer site, but 
   no luck. I can see the Smash app in the developer app list. Tried a different
   browser but all I get is a blank page with “no code”

   denied your request’ error is occurring. It’s possible this is related to browser
   extensions such as those for blocking pop-ups or ads, so you may need to try 
   going through the connection process with all extensions disabled or in an incognito/
   private window or different device. Please also ensure that you accept the connection
   in all steps.

 * Thanks for replying. I tried it using Chrome which has no blocking extensions
   and still the same. I gave up and tried a different plugin and it worked straight
   away using the token. I guess there was some incompatibility somewhere.
