Can’t customize the export file

    Hi Folks,
    Great plugin, Thanks!

    I must be doing something wrong. I can’t use the “customize export file” feature. The drag and drop appears to be missing. I believe this is supposed to be in the free version. No fileds appear under “Availale Data” on the right (“+” won’t expand any of the sections (Standard, Media, etc.). Also, nothing appears on the left side where the “dragged elements” should appear.

    What am I missing?

    Hi @gillesgagnon

    No fileds appear under “Availale Data” on the right (“+” won’t expand any of the sections (Standard, Media, etc.). Also, nothing appears on the left side where the “dragged elements” should appear.

    It sounds like another plugin or your theme is injecting JavaScript on our admin page and breaking things. Please try running a full conflict test and let us know what you find: http://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/troubleshooting/plugin-theme-conflicts/.

    Thanks. I wasn’t sure if this was normal with the free version. I’ll investigate further the possibility of conflict, as you suggested.

    No, it’s not normal – the free version has drag-and-drop. I’m going to mark this as resolved for now but please feel free to respond here if you have any questions regarding this same issue.

    Hi, After updating the entire site to latest versions of all plugins/themes, the problem persisted. It’s likely a conflict issue as you mentioned. To save time, I ended up using another extension. It was quicker than trouble-shooting.
