Can't customize the theme

    I can’t customize the theme…
    From apperance to customize
    All I can see is “support forum” and “view theme info”
    All other options are not available….

    Hi,

    Go to Dashboard Admin Panel >> Appearance >> Customize >> Kyma Options.

    Now you will find all the options to customize your theme.

    If you don’t find that means you need to install theme package again.

    And which version of theme you are using.

    Let us know for further assistance.

    Thanks.. I am not seeing those options… I was seeing it before but now it is not showing and not sure of the version but here is the ScreenShot

    Hi,

    It may be due to plugins conflicting.

    So please try to deactivate all the plugins one by one.

    If not work please download new package and install it again.

    Please provide site URL also

    I removed the theme and installed it again… But it was stress… Starting all over…
    It is OK now.. Working well…
