I can’t seem to deactivate the under-construction page. I’ve turned it off but it’s still showing on various devices. I have tried clearing the cache of the browsers and flushing the cache on the site

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@jaydmjackson I see http://jacksonstapleton.co.uk/ is pointing out to a under construction page but not the http://www.jacksonstapleton.co.uk/

On our FAQ we also have this:

Open your site and force refresh browser cache (Ctrl or Shift + F5). If that doesn’t help it means you have a caching plugin installed. Purge/delete cache in that plugin or disable it. If that fails too contact your hosting provider and ask them to empty the site cache for you.

The same happens to me. I have disabled and cleared the UC plugin and cleared the browser, wordpress and server cache and remains of the UC maintenance page still appear

@kiwinho please open a ticket just for you so you can receive proper support. It’s more easy for us to track.

Please provide also the url of the website where it is happening
