# Can’t delete a plugin folder

 * Hi,
 * I keep trying to delete this plugin folder: /home4/impeach2/public_html/wp-content/
   plugins/congresslookup/
 * because I made some errors in editing the plugin, and now it’s not showing up
   anywhere on the front-facing end. I used every feature of your plugin, and I 
   still can’t download the plugin again — I get this error: [https://imgur.com/a/KBjcNAt](https://imgur.com/a/KBjcNAt)
 * It seems like there’s a folder interfering with this download somewhere I can’t
   access. Can you help me?

 * Hi,
 * I’m afraid you’ll have to use FTP to delete the folder. It seems it’s either 
   locked by some process, or that its privileges are not set correctly. Otherwise,
   WPR would be able to delete it.
