Can’t download the plugin; error msg

    I’m trying to download UpDraft Plus, and I get this message:

    Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.

    But, the plugin doesn’t show on my installed plugins page.

    What should I do next?

    Hi Billy,

    It appears that ‘updraftplus’ folder already exists in the plugins directory.

    You will have to manually remove ‘updraftplus’ folder via FTP from the ‘wp-content/plugins/’ directory. Then re-install the plugin.
