Can’t edit content in Note Widget

Hi, whenever I click the “edit content” button on my legacy widget, Note Widget, it doesn’t do anything. I just updated to V 6.5 and there was a note widget there before with custom text but I could not access it due to aforementioned error. Same thing when I try to create a new Note widget too.

I’ve looked around and can’t find anything that fixes my issue. Help would be appreciated.
