Can’t edit list item block

When I click a list item block to edit it, it works OK, but if I click inside it again just to move the text/typing curser or highlight something, it gets blocked and I can’t edit it. Some options get removed too.
Before (first click, working)
After (second click, not working)when I disable this plugin, I can edit the block as normal.
