Regarding the robots.txt file, can you please confirm first whether you are able to see the ‘File Editor’ option located in WordPress under SEO>Tools?
If you do see the SEO>Tools>File Editor option, and it is only that the ‘Create Robots.txt File’ button is not appearing, that would either be due to a robots.txt file already existing on the server, another conflicting plugin that also is attempting to manage the robots.txtfile, or due to file permissions issues.
To resolve this, we would next recommend ensuring that there is not an existing robots.txt, and after that has been confirmed we would next recommend having your hosting provider perform an account audit to ensure all directories and files have their correct ownership and permissions.
