Can't Embed Video

    Hi everyone. I’m trying to embed video code onto our organization’s blog from another site (not a Youtube video). I tried it on my personal WordPress blog and it didn’t work either. Any help?

    Here’s the code:

    It works for me. WordPress changes htm&# to htm� which shows a minor encoding problem. It still works with the � or without.

    Super weird… our website vendor was able to set it up on our blog. Maybe it’s something on our end network-wise… ? bizarre. I’ll try it on my personal blog at home.
