• Hi, I’m experiencing a problem with my site.
I have got in touch with 3 customer care until today (yes I know), and I can’t find the solution to my problem. Now, I suspect it may have a relation with your plugin, so I would be very grateful to you if you helped me.

Most images aren’t showing, neither is the logo. The problem disappears only by disabling Elementor, but probably isn’t the root of the problem. In fact, I didn’t notice the issue right after, but it probably happened using Asset cleanup first, and then an image optimizer plugin, of which I have contacted the assistance.

I’ll try to make this clearer by adding some information provided by other customer care assistance.

    My server assistance told me:

“Thank you for the video, I was able to view it. When checking the issue with those images not loading is the URL they are pointing to, for instance I right click on the white space where an image should be showing on the services page > and click on copy image address and this is what it shows

    data:image/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB2aWV3Qm94PSIwIDAgNzAwIDM1MCIgd2lkdGg9IjcwMCIgaGVpZ2h0PSIzNTAiIGRhdGEtdT0iaHR0cHMlM0ElMkYlMkZ3d3cucmV0aXJlbWVudGluaXRhbHkuY29tJTJGd3AtY29udGVudCUyRnVwbG9hZHMlMkZlbGVtZW50b3IlMkZ0aHVtYnMlMkZmYWxsb24tdHJhdmVscy1xMDNaTG5jdW4yWS11bnNwbGFzaC1zY2FsZWQtZTE1OTk3NTk2NTg1Nzgtb3ltNGR1NXRtcjloNThnejk2d3o1NHF2NG90M3Q0Y3F0dmd5eWRmbWk0LmpwZyIgZGF0YS13PSI3MDAiIGRhdGEtaD0iMzUwIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==

And that should be something like this: https://www.retirementinitaly.com/wp-content/uploads/nameofthefile.jpg”

The assistance from the image optimizer plugin told me so:

“I’ve checked your site and observed two issues:
    1. Your Services page is not loading jquery.js. This is an extremely important file that should be loaded unless you are 100% sure you don’t need it. Our plugin ShortPixel AI needs it, therefore, if it’s not loaded, SPAI will not work properly and your images will not be served from our CDN optimized.
    2. The previous point is not what makes your images not show up. That’s because of the following CSS rule, and it’s something unrelated to ShortPixel. You will see that if you deactivate our plugin, the issue is still there.
    .elementor-kit-57 img { opacity: 0; } ”

After having received this message, I’ve tried reenabling jQuery with you plugin, but couldn’t. I can see the string “”Child” of one “parent” JS file: jquery” with jquery in red, but don’t know how to load it. Moreover, in the plugin settings I’ve tried to solve the CSS problem, but without success.

Could you please help me get out of this mess? It has been weeks and I can’t find a solution. May I ask you for help?

@zad97 I’ve explained to you the issue with jQuery here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/jquery-always-off/

Can you actually make a print screen of that area and share it via a service such as https://imgbb.com/?

Do you still have a problem with the images not loading? It doesn’t seem so when I test the URL. I appended /?wpacu_skip_test_mode to make sure that I’m loading the URL as if Asset CleanUp is taking effect. All the images are loading now.

    Hi, Gabe!

Thank you very much. My problem was related to jQuery, I had unloaded it myself by mistake and then hided WP core files in settings. Exactly as you imagined. Thank you very much, I’m a real newbie and this problem made me going crazy for days!

I solved the problem doing as you suggested in the other topic.

I’m going to leave a review!
