I click on either “on” or “auto” and the pop up asks me for a code. The code is not sent. I have tried this many times over the past few months and no code is ever sent. I have checked my spam folder and tested that I can receive emails on the email address that the code is being sent to and the email address is working fine. * I deleted and reinstalled the plugin after checking “Complete deactivation”. Please, check the outgoing mail from your website: the authorization letter is sent by your SMTP server, not the CleanTalk servers. Did it help? It was quick and easy to set up.
