# Can’t enter »https://«, always changed to »//«

 * Hi, whenever I enter the URL of my CDN, let’s say [https://cdn.example.com](https://cdn.example.com),
   it is changed to //cdn.example.com on save. This is a problem as it changes the
   URLs of Social-Media-Meta-Tags too, and those images then can’t be displayed 
   by Twitter or Facebook.
 * It looks like a bug to me, as the wording seems to imply that entering »https:«
   is optional, but possible.
 * Any ideas?

 * Okay, one more question of I may: I guess there is no ETA on the update, so do
   you maybe have a hint where in the plugin one could fix it manually in the meantime?

 * i have also had the same concern with it defaulting to //cdn.example.com for 
   each image.
 * do you have an approximate timeframe of resolving this issue?

 * The issue is resolved in 1.1.7.
    Kindly download the latest build.
