So that banner only shows up if you haven’t connected a Facebook page. Our logins are tied to a Facebook account, so in order to set up a bot you need to connect a business page on FB. When you click on the banner it will take you to the plugin where you can connect a page. I have 5 fb pages, all on which I would like to use your chat function. It looks like the first is connected alright (although I see nothing on my website! The icon is now showing up on my website so that’s good news. The only thing now is that I can’t get back to fb page Tim Hupkes Art (which is the one I use for chatting) on the WP backend, I keep ending up at Bestial Classic Cars. I’m not sure if that is my fault, I will have to look into this later due to a deadline. Thanks so far!
