# Can't export logs data

* Hi There,
* I am using Simple Download monitor plugin and when I go to logs and try to export
data the cvs file contains the following:
* Warning: mysql_query(): Access denied for user ‘inexus’@’localhost’ (
using password: NO) in /home/inexus/public_html/wp-content/plugins/simple-
download-monitor/includes/sdm-admin-menu-handler.php on line 10
* Warning: mysql_query(): A link to the server could not be established
in /home/inexus/public_html/wp-content/plugins/simple-download-monitor/includes/
sdm-admin-menu-handler.php on line 10
* Warning: mysql_num_rows() expects parameter 1 to be resource boolean given
in /home/inexus/public_html/wp-content/plugins/simple-download-monitor/includes/
sdm-admin-menu-handler.php on line 13
* Warning: mysql_query(): Access denied for user ‘inexus’@’localhost’ (using

* Hi, how are you exporting your data? Is the user you are login in to export your
data have the right credentials?
* One of the warnings is saying that user **inexus **does not have permission.

* I am using the back end where I go to the plugin and then to logs and select
the “Export all data as Excel”. I do so under admin account.
* Is there anything that is blocking from from the server?

* There seems to be an issue between your website and the server. At least that
is what the warnings are saying above. And as I mentioned above you are having
problems with the user inexus? Who is this user?
