# Can’t export orders

 * I have tried before the update and after the update of the plugin to export orders.
 * I get this error.
 * This site can’t be reachedThe webpage at [https://www.eclean.ro/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wf_woocommerce_order_im_ex&action=export](https://www.eclean.ro/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wf_woocommerce_order_im_ex&action=export)
   might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

 * If you are trying to export a large number of orders then the issue might be 
   caused due to memory exhaust issues. Please try exporting the orders in batches
   using the offset and limit feature.
    Eg: If you set offset as 0, and the limit
   as 5000 then the first 5000 orders will be exported. Then if you set offset as
   5000 and limit as 5000 again, then the next 5000 orders will be exported. Hope
   you understand.
 * If the issue still persists please share with us the fatal error log(Woocommerce
   >status>logs>fatal-error).
