# Can’t export users

 * Great plugin. Worked like a charm until recently!
 * Suddenly, I can no longer export users. The error message “Please Activate User
   Export Extension” but the user export extension is turned on in “extensions”.
 * I’m using the latest plugin version (Version 3.7.0) and the WP version 4.7.0.
