# Can't force CSS changes

 * Hi,
    I’m using Arras theme with the blue.css option under the default CSS. My
   site is RTL. The links, vlinks and hover links doesn’t get the colors from the
   default-rtl.css or any other CSS. See here: [http://blog.udiburg.com](http://blog.udiburg.com)
   However on my test blog here it works: [http://www.udiburg.com/blog3](http://www.udiburg.com/blog3)
   How can it be?
 * In addition, changed that I’m making to the default-rtl.css on the test blog 
   works great, and on my online blog [http://blog.udiburg.com](http://blog.udiburg.com),
   it doesn’t apply the changes, like something is missing on the WP installation,
   can it be?

 * Tried already, they are not answering so quick, and I guess it’s not only theme
   related as it’s working on another WP installation without any issue.
