# Can't get access code

 * Hello!
    When I click on “Get access code” and then accept the authorization for
   the plug-in, the screen flashes and closes suddenly. Already cleared the cache
   and tried in other browsers, but did not succeed.
 * What could be happening?
 * The site of the plug-in also does not open.

 * Disable all browser extensions and try again. Maybe you’re using some sort of
   privacy extension that acts crazy 🙂
