Can’t hide default mobile menu & header
-
Greetings, I’m having trouble disabling the default menu & header that came with the theme.
What should I add to the hidden elements bar? I’ve tried multiple solutions posted in this forum and some custom CSS snipets, but none worked.Url: https://www.psicobogota.com
Thanks in advance

Hi @carlosbg,
Add the code below to the Hide Elements option inside the General Options tab.
.header_bot_outerAfter that clear the browser cache and try again. Let me know the result.
It works, thanks a lot
Now I noticed a new problem; this plug in is disabling another one, I have a whatsapp button plug installed, if I enable the mobile menu the whatsapp button doesn’t show the way it’s supposed to.
It should display a sticky button on the bottom left corner, it works if I disable the mobile plug in, but then I have to go back to my crappy theme menu. What can I do to fix this? I’d like to keep the menu without losing the whatsapp button on mobile phones.
It’s only showing on the bottom left corner after the user scrolls down to the end of the site, instead of the sticky button that shows without the mobile menu enabled.
Is there a particular whatsapp plug in that’s compatible with this menu? I tried 2 more and the same error persists. That is caused by the Slideout Push Content.
You can change to slideout Over content or add the Id of the WhatsApp button to the sticky HTML elements.
That did it.
Thanks a lot.No problem. I’m glad it’s sorted.
