Can`t hide “Profile”

Hello

1. I can`t find a way to hide “Profile” from menu and “Edit My Profile” from admin bar.
I ticked the “Users” menu, but these two still show up.

2. Also, can I hide custom things?
I have a plugin called “Cache enabler” and it displays the “Clear cache” in the admin bar which I also can`t hide.

Can you help?
