# “can’t insert post into database”

 * Hello there,
 * I have been unable to upload media into my media library on Word Press/Elementor
   editor as an error comes up whenever I try to upload an jpeg image – ‘post could
   not enter into database’.
 * I have deactivated my GiveWP plugin which could have been causing the issue but
   it still hasn’t worked.
 * Does anyone know how this can be resolved ASAP?
