# Can’t insert template library element

 * Hej!
 * I’m on the current version of WP, Neve and Otter.
 * But i can’t insert an element of the template library when i create a new section.
   
   I tried with Edge, Chrome and Firefox, i cleared the cache in each of them.
 * I can pick an element, but then only a turning wheel comes. The console log says:
 *     ```

   one in the list so we can make sure if it’s happening with built-in templates

 * It doesn’t matter which block of the template library i choose…whether there 
   is Neve or Otter as the author…

 * I replied yesterday with a solution and after that, you replied to me today as
   if you didn’t get my email.
 * I just wanted to confirm if you got my latest mail or should I send the resolution
   here again? 🙂
 * Anyway, what’s the point in writing a message here and not writing the resolution?
   The issue was with your .htaccess blocking the access to website. It also does
   that for the Neve templates. Consider removing that from wp-content folder and
   it will work properly. 🙂
