# Can't installor update plugins

 * this is what I am getting when I try to install a new plug in:
    …… Installing
   Plugin: bbPress 2.5.4 Downloading install package from [https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/bbpress.2.5.4.zip…](https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/bbpress.2.5.4.zip…)
   Unpacking the package… Installing the plugin… Could not create directory. /home/
   aglioves/www/WordPress3/wp-content/plugins/bbpress/ Plugin install failed. Return
   to Plugin Installer ……
 * … as I do not speak Klingon… can anybody please help me? 🙂
    I installed WP4 
   but it happened also with the previous version…. My website is [http://www.agliovestito.com](http://www.agliovestito.com)
   I use OVH for hosting (i hope it is so… as I said, I do not speak Klingon) Thank
