# Can’t load typeforms

 * Hi,
 * I’ve enabled typeform elements and integrated it with my typeform account.
 * However, when I try and insert a typeform using the elementor widget it still
   says:
    “Whoops! It seems like you haven’t connected your Typeform account. To
   do this, navigate to WordPress Dashboard -> Essential Addons -> Elements -> Typeform(
   Get Access).”
 * I checked my typeform and EA addons is successfully listed as an authorized app.
 * Kindly assist.
