 * When I click to load it says it appears I’ve already loaded. Where do I go to
   see it and use it?

 * I’m trying to download. I’ve downloaded and unzipped the file on my hard drive.
   when I click on wp-admin/install.php I get the following but I don’t think it
   installed.

    I think that is my issue? How do I 
   remove something I don’t have that is incorrect.

 * WordPress is a server based application and can’t be installed on a PC that way.
 * If you want to install WordPress on your PC for testing or trying out, consider
   installing a [WAMP](http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress#Easy_5_Minute_WordPress_Installation_on_Windows).
 * One that’s fairly easy to setup with is InstantWP, maybe you want to give that
   a try?
