    Hi,

Are you able to login via your UM login page? If you think UM is causing the issue you can disable the plugin via ftp by changing the name of the plugin. Your host support will be able to do this for you if you are not sure.

This will disable UM and you can see if it is UM that is causing this?

You may have disabled access to wp-login screen from UM settings > access.

The default url is /wp-admin and not /wp/wp-admin. have you created custom URLs for this?

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thank you.

Yes, I assume I must have disabled that access.

The site is still private, thus the UM login is also not accessible.

    Same result with only wp-admin.

Since I am convinced that I must have disabled access I assume the only way is via ftp?

    Thank you
    Best

Yes, you will need to disable UM via FTP and then activate again once you have logged in and then make sure that your login page is accessible to guests from UM settings > access tab.

    Thanks
